Brand Corner

Brand consistency is incredibly important to a financial institution as massive as TD, especially operating worldwide with scores of internal teams, sub-brands and external agencies. So their ageing platform—one that’s over 13 years old and wrought with usability issues for both daily users and back-end admins—needed to be redesigned and replatformed.

Goodbye TD Marketing Tools. Hello Brand Corner.

Room to get custom.

While the styles and templates helped solve for 90% of the content, allowing custom code injection gave us (and the client team) the ability to colour outside the lines if needed—enabling custom animations, and some special interactive features like an email signature generator, accessibility checker and font explorer.

Launched and loaded.

With over 6,000 users registered and getting the info they need within the first month we’ve hit the ground running after a soft launch. The content is fully in the hands of their internal brand team now, and everyone’s excited to see how the tool evolves.

And as a testament to the clients' happiness and internal success, we’ve already kicked off phase two to add new features, redesign more of the content and learn/iterate on some less-than-perfect aspects in the current build.
